My name is Jodi Carcamo and I started this blog many years ago as a way to practice my writing & document our family’s travels.  I love to write and to explore the world around me.  I’ve worn a lot of hats over the years and had to reinvent myself at every new duty station, but writing has always traveled along with me and helped along the way.  I have a portfolio showcasing my writing as a features writer in Salt Lake City, my current outreach projects and my hobby, photography.  I am always trying to learn and grow and I truly believe as J. R. R. Tolkien said, “Not all  those who wander are lost.”
